Easy to use:

• Put 5-6 shells (1/2 oz) in wash bag and tie closed.
• Toss in directly in washer with laundry. Don't overstuff load.
• Reuse 5-8 times or until spent (turn grey). (Based on actual user experiences - no exaggeration.)
• Used shells are compostable and excellent when used as a nutrient rich garden mulch.
• Use traditional cleaning aids as desired.

Loads vary due to size, cycle, temp, hardness, washer type, etc.

Tip: 

• Run a couple hot loads with rags to purge washer of chemical residue.
• Don't use cold water or you will be disappointed, only warm water will do. Oh, and don't expect suds, even without the chemical suds, your clothes will be clean, smell fresh, and be soft.

These are amazing. NaturOli Soap Nuts / Soap Berries - 1/4-Lb USDA ORGANIC + 18X BONUS! Select Seedless, Wash Bag, 8pg info, Tote Bag - Organic Laundry Soap / Natural Cleaner took you a couple weeks to figure out what worked best as far as using them to handwash cloth diapers. Best soap ever for cloth diapers and the fact that they air dry inside and are still very soft makes me double as happy.

The dealer actually sent the nuts in a nice fabric bag, and there was also a smaller bag for doing the laundry with. There was also a little vial of Extreme Laundry soap that the guy also sells.
